Description:
We identified an issue for connections in the region AWS US West 2 which resulted in syncs being rescheduled with the message "Infrastructure requested reschedule".

Timeline:
This issue began on 2025-09-16 at 11:20 UTC and was resolved on 2025-09-16 at 13:03 UTC.

Cause:
We performed exceptional infrastructure changes, which unexpectedly caused some connections to get rescheduled.

Resolution:
We had to perform additional changes to help all connections return to their expected behaviour and schedule as normal.
