Cause:
ADP connections were failing with source-side errors outside the maintenance window
Saturday: 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM UTC
Sunday: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM UTC

Resolution:
We rescheduled the syncs, but we saw errors like "Client is in maintenance mode." For other errors, the syncs failed, as they were not within the maintenance window. No action was taken; after the reschedule, the syncs succeeded.
