Description:
Some Oracle connections were failing when running queries to filter column details at the start of a sync process, causing some Oracle connection syncs to fail intermittently

Timeline:
This issue began on October 22, 2025, at 1:00 AM Pacific Time and was resolved on October 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Cause:
The issue was caused by a bug that led certain Oracle connections to fail when executing the queries used to filter column details at the start of a sync.

Resolution:
A fix was implemented and deployed on October 24, 2025. After deployment, the error rate dropped to 0%, confirming full recovery of normal sync operations.
