Description:
We identified an issue for Fivetran Platform Connector which resulted in syncs failing.

Timeline:
This issue began on Oct 22,2024 at 6:00PM UTC and was resolved on Oct 22,2024 at 7:20PM UTC.

Cause:

Increased lag in data replication between Fivetran's primary database and the read replica due to low-level locks. To release the locks, we performed maintenance on the read replica.

During the maintenance, Fivetran Platform Connectors failed as they depend on the read replica.
