Issue:
A few of the connectors fail with error :
Cannot find entity 'Table' with id 'sd_campaign_report'.

Root Cause:
We added a mechanism to mark two new tables as Free for MAR.
However, these tables are currently not available by default. So, customers do not have them in their schemas yet. It resulted in an exception.
We added the fix to check the availability of these tables before applying this change to the connectors.
