Some SAP Concur connectors experienced sync failures with 'Failed connecting to SAP Concur API' and 'Unable to obtain access token' errors

Due to source-side outages, some SAP Concur connectors encountered failed syncs today between 10:30 AM and 2:45 PM UTC. The SAP Concur status page states these outages only affected US2 data centers on their side - https://open.concur.com/?data-center=us2.

All affected connectors are syncing successfully after this outage period.
