Description:
We identified an issue which caused Fivetran Connector failures, API unavailability, and other general Fivetran Services such as UI functionality to be unavailable.

Timeline:
For the Fivetran REST API, this issue began on Monday, Jan 13th, at 17:09 UTC and was resolved on Monday, Jan 13th, at 17:13 UTC.
For Fivetran Connectors, Transformations, and other services, this issue began on Monday, Jan 13th, at 17:10 UTC and was resolved on Monday, Jan 13th, at 17:30 UTC.

Cause:
This issue was identified to be caused by an internal infrastructure-related error, which caused failures across multiple Fivetran services.

Resolution:
Retry of failed jobs ensured success and the resolution of errors that affected this issue, ensuring all systems returned to a normal working state.
