Incident Summary
Description:
We identified an issue that the SQL Server Connections on TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 Are Failing.

Timeline:
This issue began on September 11th 10:30 PM UTC and was resolved on September 12th 9:24 AM UTC.

Cause:
The issue was caused by a Java runtime upgrade that affected the TLS configuration.

Resolution:
A fix has been implemented and all affected connections have returned to normal functionality.
