Fivetran will be rotating our JWT keys as part of our security best practices on September 9th at 2am PTC. The rotation occurs instantly and will have minimal impact. All existing integrations will continue to work and there will be no down time for any Fivetran connectors.
The effect of this rotation is as follows: 1. Users logged into their dashboard will be logged out and directed to log back in. 2. Users in process of a password reset will have to reset their password again. 3. For new account signup, any verification links previously sent will not be valid. The user will have to sign up or be invited again. 4. PBF and partner integrations may get disrupted while in the process of being set up when the rotation occurs.
