Description:
Connectors utilising AWS Services as part of their infrastructure experienced issues due to an AWS Services Incident. This resulted in syncs failing or rescheduling with an error: "443 Connect Time Out".

This issue began on the 29th of August at 8:32 AM UTC and was resolved on the 29th of August at 09:58 AM UTC.

Cause:
This was due to an incident in AWS where multiple AWS Services experienced network connectivity issues.
