Fivetran: Rest API is Returning 5xx Errors

Description:
We identified an issue which caused
- 2.5% of calls to the Fivetran REST API to result in 5xx errors for endpoints related to "connector-details"
- 0.5% of requests on the Connector Dashboard resulted in 5xx errors

Timeline:
This issue began on Wednesday 11th Dec at 09:45am UTC and was resolved on Wednesday 11th Dec at 11:20am UTC.

Cause:
We identified that a recent internal change caused the increase in request errors.

Resolution:
The change was reverted to the previous version, and the errors returned to a normal rate.
