Description
We identified an issue in which dbt Core and Quickstart transformations intermittently failed.

Timeline:
This issue began on February 9 at 18:54 UTC and was resolved at 19:14 UTC.

Cause:
The failures were caused by dbt being unable to download packages from https://hub.getdbt.com, likely due to an outage on the dbtHub side triggered by a GitHub issue.
