Description:

3rd Party: AccuLynx connections are failing with 500 Internal Server Error

Timeline:

The issue started on December 15, 8:10 PM UTC and was resolved on December 16, 5:00 AM UTC

Cause:

AccuLynx was returning a 500 Internal Server Error on the Estimate Table with the /api/v2/estimates endpoint, causing all AccuLynx Syncs to fail.

Resolution:

The issue has been resolved by the source, and all syncs are now running successfully.

The issue has been resolved by the source, and all syncs are now running successfully. Since the issue has been fixed at the source, the previously prepared PR to skip the error has not been deployed.

Update

We have implemented a fix, which is currently being deployed, that applies a skip with alerts for the /api/v2/estimates endpoint to prevent sync failures. Furthermore, we have contacted Acculynx for further investigation.
