Description:
We identified an issue causing sync failures for certain connections to Managed Data Lake Service destinations. The following error was observed: "Unable to acquire a connection from driver."

Cause:
The issue was triggered by a recent Polaris deployment that utilized an outdated chart value. This prevented successful database connections, leading to sync failures.

Resolution:
We updated the chart to include the required environment variables and redeployed Polaris. Additionally, a permanent safeguard has been implemented to ensure all future deployments use the latest chart version.
