3rd Party: Customerio Connections failing with Server side 5xx exceptions

Description:
We have identified an issue with the Customerio connections, which resulted in sync failing with the 500 Internal Server Error

Timeline:
The issue started on 2025-12-04 21:30:12 UTC and was resolved on 2025-12-04 23:11:20 UTC

Cause:
Customerio connection syncs were failing due to "500 Internal Server Error" returned by the Customerio API for the "customer" endpoint.

Resolution:
The issue was resolved on the 3rd Party side without any intervention from our side. All affected connections have been recovered and are syncing successfully.
