This incident has been resolved and affected connectors are syncing successfully.
Description:
We have identified an issue affecting Apple App Store connectors, where syncs are failing with an Invalid Cursor Value error.
Timeline:
This issue began on Apr 09, 2025 - 05:20 UTC and was resolved on Apr 09, 2025 - 13:20 UTC.
Cause:
While validated source API cal, found it's source issue as Mg cursor is being send in the api response which we need to use to fetch next page.
Resolution:
Added category filter to reduce total result in order to avoid pagination, Increased limit of api response. That solved the problem.
