We have deployed a fix for the issue and the Fivetran Platform connectors will now sync the Sync Events data from their next sync.
We are continuing to work on backfilling the historical data where possible.

We are working on the final components of the fix that will allow the Log Connector to sync the Sync Events (sync_start/sync_end) from the Log Table. Once this is completed, we will be working on backfilling missing data where possible.

We have determined that the issue was caused by an internal change, which prevented the Fivetran Platform connectors from accessing sync event logs. We are currently testing a fix for this issue and will provide some additional updates accordingly.

We have identified an issue where Fivetran Platform Connectors are missing Sync Events (sync_start/sync_end) from the Log Table for certain connector services. We are currently investigating in more detail and will provide additional updates accordingly.
