Incident Summary

Description:
We identified an issue with the UFL services where SYNC_START and SYNC_END events were not being sent to External Log Services and the Platform Connector.

Timeline:
This issue began on 2026-02-23 at 16:00 UTC and was resolved on 2026-02-23 at 20:02 UTC.

Cause:
Recent code changes were deployed to improve logging logic. These changes unintentionally stopped SYNC_START and SYNC_END events from being sent to External Log Services and the Platform Connector.

Resolution:
We identified the root cause and reverted the problematic changes. Event delivery has been fully restored.
