We plan to perform maintenance in the GCP us-east4 region on December 19th from 6 am UTC to 8 am UTC. We will spin up a new cluster in GCP US East 4 region and offload 20 percent of the traffic in the region to the cluster. We expect zero down time in the duration of this maintenance activity period.
