This incident has been resolved. We have observed that instance rates are returning to normal levels, and affected connectors are syncing successfully.

Incident Summary
Description:
We identified an issue with The Trade Desk connector that caused syncs to fail with a 'Report has empty filters' error.

Timeline:
This issue began on January 30 2026, at 1:36 UTC and was resolved on January 30 2026, at 18:56 UTC.

Cause:
The issue occurred when a report schedule was created in The Trade Desk platform without any partners or advertisers linked to it. It caused sync failures when the connector attempted to sync this schedule.

Resolution:
A fix has been implemented to skip the problematic reports with a customer-facing warning on the connector dashboard.

Monitoring

The fix for the issue causing some syncs to fail when report filters were configured without advertiser or partner IDs has been deployed. We’re observing a steady decrease in failure rates and will continue to monitor sync performance closely.

Update

We identified the following issues affecting the Trade Desk syncs:

1)Syncs failed due to rate limiting from The Trade Desk API and have since recovered automatically.
2)Syncs failed while processing Excel reports containing text values in cells formatted as numbers and have since recovered automatically.
3)Some syncs are still failing when report filters are configured without advertiser or partner IDs.

We are continuing to investigate the remaining failures.
