Incident Summary

Description:
We have identified an issue on our scheduling and orchestration service which resulted in multiple connections and transformations failure.

Timeline:
This issue began on November 7, 2025 at 08:15 AM UTC and was resolved on November 7, 2025 at 09:45 AM UTC.

Cause:
A recent change in our code caused our scheduling service to be overloaded resulting in numerous connection failures and delays in connection starts across all connections and transformations.

Resolution:
A hotfix was deployed by scaling up resources and fix the change's behaviour.
