This incident has been resolved. We have observed that instance rates are returning to normal levels and affected connectors are syncing successfully.

Description:
Some Workday Financial Management connectors began to fail with the error "Soft delete can not be used as hard delete is already triggered for table all_included_ledger_account".

Timeline:
This issue began on August 6, 2025, at 18:33 UTC and was resolved on August 7, 2025, at 11:33 UTC.

Cause:
This error happened because the connectors tried to perform a hard delete and soft delete in the same sync, which is not possible.

Resolution:
A reschedule has been added after hard deletes are performed, so later soft deletes are not affected.
