Setup tests, Schema updates and connection setting changes not available

Timeline:
This issue began at 2025-03-22T14:00:00.00Z UTC and was resolved on 2025-03-24T10:00:00.00Z UTC.

Cause:
Due to the infrastructure issue setup tests, schema updates and connection setting changes has been affected under these two regions AWS_AP_NORTHEAST_1 and AWS_AP_SOUTHEAST_2.

Resolution:
A fix has been applied and this has been resolved now.
