Incident Description: 
The connectors configured with Proxy Agent are broken with the "Proxy Agent is not connected" error in Azure regions. 

Cause:
This was caused by a bug in our deployment process that caused an unintended change in our network infrastructure, disrupting all connections between proxy agents and the Fivetran backend.

It started at 2024-10-15 21:10:10 UTC and ended at 2024-10-15 23:21:00 UTC.

Resolution
The incident has been resolved. The fix has returned all affected connectors to their normal functionality.
