Incident Summary
Description:
We identified that the Talkdesk connectors were rescheduled and failing from May 21st at 06:00 UTC onwards.

Timeline:
The issue started on May 21st at 06:00 UTC and was resolved by May 21st at 15:30 UTC.

Cause:
The issue was intermittent and originated from the source API. For the reporting endpoints, the job status could not be completed, which caused rescheduling, failures, and some delayed syncs.

Resolution:
The source team has fixed the issue.
