Description:
We identified multiple SQL Server HVA connections experiencing sync failures or rescheduling issues caused by IllegalStateException errors.

This issue began on 11/13/2025 at 1:43 AM UTC and was resolved on 11/13/2025 at 4:00 AM UTC.

Cause:
A recent configuration update introduced an issue that caused sync failures for multiple SQL Server HVA connections, resulting in an IllegalStateException.

Resolution:
We identified the specific code change responsible for the instability and rolled back the update.
All SQL Server HVA connections are running successfully since.
