This incident has been resolved. We have confirmed that instance rates have returned to normal, and connections are syncing successfully.

Incident Summary

Description:
We identified an issue where multiple connections sync were stuck, blocking the data processing, and resulted in a sync gaps/delays on the Fivetran dashboard

Timeline:
The issue began on October 21, 2025, at 11:35 AM PT and was resolved at 6:47 PM PT

Cause:
An anomaly within our internal logging service led to the data processing pipeline becoming unresponsive and stuck.

Impact:
The unresponsiveness of the data processing pipeline blocked the successful completion of the current data syncs and prevented the subsequent sync from initiating.

Resolution:
Fivetran performed a cleanup of the syncs that were in this stuck state to fix the issue
