Fivetran: Some connections running in the Azure eastus2 region intermittently missed scheduled sync runs

Resolved

Description:
We identified an infrastructure issue that affected some connections running in our Azure eastus2 region, which caused some syncs to not run according to schedule.

Timeline:
This issue began on April 30th at 19:00 UTC and was resolved on May 2nd at 17:40 UTC.

Cause:
Our infrastructure resources in the Azure eastus2 region were at full capacity. This prevented initialization of some sync runs as required resources were not available.

Resolution:
We manually increased our infrastructure resources in this region to allow all syncs to run again according to schedule. We are working on additional measures to automatically increase infrastructure resources for further mitigation.
